Site Plan Amendment (SP16-108):
Major Site Plan Amendment for the construction of 204 multifamily residential dwelling units on 11.065 acres. The proposal includes 8 three-story buildings and a community clubhouse. The proposal amends the original 1997 approved site plan originally Phase III of the Ironstone Condominiums (approved as apartments, but converted to condominiums). The original Site Plan approval allowed for 204 multifamily units on the site. This site plan will be heard by the Planning Commission at a public meeting.
Replat (SUB17-001): The applicant is proposing to create a single lot through the replat process. This process is an administrative review and approval once Town standards are satisfied.
This property is located on the west side of Parker Road, south of Nate Drive and East of J. Morgan Blvd.
Stroh Ranch Planned Development (PD) First Amendment (originally approved 1985 and last amended 2004). This site is located within the Multifamily Planning Area which allows for multifamily development.
