The development will include amenities such as a clubhouse with a pool area, playground, fenced dog park, two public pocket parks, off-street parking spaces with some tuck under garage parking, landscaping, public walking trail adjacent to Cherry Creek and sidewalks. This process is an administrative review and approval once the applicant meets Town development and design requirements.
