Annexation (ANX17-002) – Proposed Annexation of 1.337 acres for the future Kings Point Way Right-of-Way.

Zoning (Z16-029) – Proposed rezoning of 20.37 acres from Unincorporated Douglas County Zoning to a Planned Development within the Town of Parker.  The Planned Development will allow for 16.74 acres of commercial uses west of E-470 and 3.63 acres of open space on the east side of E-470.
