National Senior Health & Fitness Day is a nationwide health and fitness event for older adults. The event's goals are to promote the importance of regular physical activity. More than 100,000 older adults will participate in local events at more than 1,000 locations across the country! To celebrate this event, the Parker Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting the fourth annual Senior Stroll at O'Brien Park. This event will feature a one-mile fun walk followed by breakfast and fun prize giveaways!
