Risk Management
The Risk Management Division is responsible for all Town risk management and loss prevention issues including: evaluating and identifying risks, implementing solutions and monitoring results, managing claims, administering workers' compensation and early return to work programs, managing ADA issues, conducting safety training, monitoring the random drug testing program and motor vehicle records checks, managing accident reporting and investigations, participating in Department Safety Committees, and managing and updating the Town's Loss Control Program.
